• 1 cup of Vimto Cordial No Added Sugar
• ¾ cup of whipped cream
• 250g of mascarpone cheese
• 10 pieces of Lady Finger biscuits"
• Red berries, as desired.
• Sugar Icing, as desired.
• Blend the mascarpone cheese with the mixer until it becomes creamy.
• Add half a cup of Vimto Cordial No Added Sugar and the whipped cream and stir gently until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Dip the Lady Finger biscuits in the remaining amount of Vimto Cordial No Added Sugar and stack them in a square tray with a diameter of 22 cm. Add cream mixture.
• Put the tray into the refrigerator until the dessert is frozen. Garnish the tiramisu with red berries and icing sugar and serve.
