• 2 cups yogurt
• 1 cup fresh raspberries with crushed ice or frozen raspberries
• 4 tbs Vimto Cordial
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Slightly crush the raspberries in a mixer.
• Add to a bowl with the yogurt, Vimto Cordial and vanilla.
• Mix well then pour into popsicle molds.
• Freeze for 4-6 hours.
