• ½ Cup frozen pineapple cubes
• ¼ Cup ice cubes
• ¾ Cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
• ¾ Cup of unsweetened coconut milk
• 5 tbsp of Vimto Cordial
•Slices of pineapple, as desired
•Canned cherries as desired
• In a blender, put the pineapple cubes and ice.
• Add pineapple juice, coconut milk and Vimto Cordial. •Mix the mixture until combined.
• Pour the Pina Colada into serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple and cherry slices and serve.
