For the Strawberry mixture:

• 200g frozen and thawed strawberries
• 3 tbsp of Vimto Cordial
• 1 slice of gelatin
• 3 tbsp of cold water

For the cream cheese mixture:

• 400g of cream cheese
• 2 cups of whipped cream
• ¼ cup of Vimto Cordial
• ¼ cup of whipped cream

For the Kunafa:

• 200g of konafa dough
• 100g of butter
• 3-4 tbsp of Vimto Cordial
• Strawberry, cut into cubes, as desired


For the Strawberry mixture:

• In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the strawberries and Vimto Cordial. With an electric hand mixer, mash the mixture well.
• In a bowl, put gelatin and water.
• Leave the mixture for 5 minutes, then add it to the strawberry mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

For the Kunafa:

• Cut the konafa and put it in a saucepan on a medium heat.
• Add the butter and stir until the dough becomes golden. Remove the saucepan from the stove, then add the Vimto Cordial and stir.

For the cream cheese mixture:

• In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the blender until it becomes soft.
• Add the whipped cream, Vimto Cordial and cream.
• Blend the mixture on low speed until it's combined.
• Put the cream cheese mixture in a pastry bag.
• Put the mashed strawberry mixture into a second pastry bag.
• In a serving cup, put a layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of mashed strawberries, sliced ​​strawberries and kunafa. Add a second layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of the mashed strawberry mixture and sliced ​​strawberries. Decorate the face with the kunafa dough. Repeat the process until the quantity runs out and serve the dessert on your dining table.
