• In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the mixed berries and Vimto Cordial. Leave the mixture on the heat until it thickens, then remove the saucepan from the heat and mash the mixture with an electric hand mixer. Leave the mixture to cool slightly.
• In an electric mixer, combine ice cream, Vimto syrup, milk and ice cubes.
• Put the mixture into serving cups. Add the mashed berry mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and mixed berries. Serve the drink on your dining table.
