For Coconut Smoothie:

• ¼ cup coconut flakes
• ¼ cup yogurt
• 6 ice cubes
• 1/3 cup of coconut water
• 1 cup fresh raspberries with crushed ice or frozen raspberries
• ½ piece fresh banana with crushed ice or frozen banana
• 4 tbsp. Vimto Cordial


• Blend the coconut flakes, yogurt, coconut water and ice cubes
• Add to serving glasses
• Next blend raspberries, banana, and Vimto Cordial
• Add to glasses to form 2 separate layers
• Garnish with coconut flakes and serve cold
• Stir to mix after serving
